How long does it take for my order to be processed?
Every order at Nua is carefully processed within 24-48 business hours. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your package is ready for shipment.
What are the delivery times?
To guarantee innovative products at the best price, our standard delivery times throughout Italy average between 7 and 10 business days.
Can I track my package?
Certainly. As soon as the package is handed over to the courier, you will receive an automatic email containing the tracking code. You can follow your order's journey directly on our dedicated "Track Order" page.

Returns & Support
What if I change my mind?
We want you to be 100% satisfied. If for any reason you decide to return the product, you have 14 days from receipt to contact us and initiate the return process.
The product arrived damaged, what should I do?
We apologize for the inconvenience. In this case, take a photo of the product and contact us immediately at info@nua-home.it. We will arrange for a free replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
